We've won some awards!
We have some fantastic news! At the 2019 Sheffield City Council Landlord Awards we were honoured to receive 3 awards.
The first was The Outstanding Customer Service Award which acknowledges all the hard work that the whole team puts into making sure that our tenants receive the best possible service whilst living in our homes.
The second was the SNUG Landlord of the Year award. This is very prestigious award and one we were honoured to win in 2017 as well. SNUG is an accreditation scheme ran by Sheffield City Council in conjunction with both universities and for a property to be SNUG accredited it must meet a certain high standard and be well managed. It is a fantastic initiative which helps students find good quality and well managed homes.
These awards mean a great deal to everyone at SDP as they are nominated for by our tenants. We would like to thank everyone who was kind enough to nominate us, it is wonderful to know so many of you have such positive things to say about living in our student homes.
