Our Directors Symon and Michelle are parents themselves and Symon always takes the time to ensure his properties are up to the standard he would want for his own children. Matthew & Oliver in the office are both university graduates so they know what makes for great student living and are always on hand to help tenants.
To promote the safety of our tenants we ensure the following:
All properties with a gas boiler are fitted with a carbon monoxide detector and have a gas safety inspection carried out annually.
We carry out and act upon Electrical Installation Condition Reports every 5 years.
All properties are fitted with mains linked smoke detectors which are regularly tested.
All properties with 5 or more bedrooms have a HMO licence which is renewed following a thorough council inspection every 5 years.
Our apartment blocks and larger houses are fitted with emergency lighting which is regularly tested.
Our apartment blocks have all had fire risk assessments.
It’s really easy for tenants to report repairs and general maintenance requests, all they need to do is send an email to Chris who is our dedicated Maintenance Manager and has been with us for over 10 years. Our tenants get Chris’ mobile number so if there are any genuine maintenance emergencies they can get hold of him any time. Nobody knows our properties as well as Chris and there isn’t much he can’t fix!
